Julian Bakery Unboxing

Today I have something exciting to share! I recently got my package from Julian Bakery with some goodies that I wanted to share with you guys. This is my first time ordering from Julian Bakery, but after seeing reviews from other Keto/Paleo pals, I decided it was worth a try!

First off, shipping was fast! I ordered on a Wednesday, and the package was delivered that Saturday. And that was just with standard ground shipping! Now that’s service. I didn’t get too much, but it was packed nicely and no damage occurred. I always get nervous ordering food online simply because of the shipping processes.

For you folks that are watching your carb and sugar intake, these products will have you pleased. I know I’ve mentioned that I’m loosely following a Keto diet, so I’m making a conscious effort to watch that stuff. Below I’ll list what I received and the some of the key nutrition facts that go along with it.






ProGranola (Vanilla Cinnamon Cluster)

  •  97 Calories
  • 12g Protein
  • 2g Net Carbs
  • 12g Fiber
  • 0g Sugar

So I’ve actually already tried this and I LOVE it. I’ve been on the hunt for some good/hearty breakfasts, and this does the trick. Oatmeal and granola is hard to have on the keto diet, but this stuff is MADE for that diet. I had a 1/2 cup (1 serving) and poured some unsweetened vanilla almond milk over it, and by golly, it was delicious!

Paleo Thin Crackers (Sea Salt & Black Pepper)

  • 70 Calories
  • 5g Net Carbs
  • 2g Fiber
  • 0g Sugar

I cheated on these too and already did a taste test. And while you can definitely tell these aren’t your Ritz crackers, they aren’t half bad. I don’t think I could eat them alone, but with some sort of dip or cheese, they do the job.

Primal Thin Crackers (Organic Parmesan)

  • 70 Calories
  • 3g Net Carbs
  • 2g Fiber
  • 0g Sugar

Surprisingly, I haven’t opened these up. I think they’ll be similar to the other crackers I got, with (hopefully) an added cheese flavor.

Paleo Thin (Rice/Noodles/Fettuccini)

  • 10 Calories
  • 0g Fat
  • 1g Net Carbs
  • 2g Fiber

I grouped these 3 together because they all have the same nutrition facts. I took a chance on these simply because I was curious if they would subside my pasta craving. I didn’t expect the rice/noodles to be packaged in water (you can’t tell that from the picture), so that was an odd discovery. I suppose with some sauce and cheese, does it really matter if it tastes like cardboard? haha.

I’ll definitely report back to you guys and see what I liked or disliked. Again, I’m no expert about dieting, just your average girl trying to loose some lbs.
